Hope you’re doing well.
Wow after three long months, look who’s finally a new post. Feels a bit weird writing this, as in I don’t even know where to start. Honestly, I never planned on disappearing for that long, it was just supposed to be a month but it escalated quickly.
Where to start…..so I’ve officially finished university, yesssss, four years of my undergrad in the bag, we thank God. Final year was the prime reason why I chose to take a step back from blogging, with everything that was going on at that time, it literally got to the stage where I was trying to juggle so much and honestly wasn’t balancing any of it well. So I did what I needed to do and prioritise which meant taking a break from blogging.
Life after uni has been weird. It’s as if I placed so much energy, time and emotion into one thing that now it’s over I don’t even know how to go on with my life. With all the stress and anxiety from the last few months, it got to the stage where I was dying to be free but now that I am, I don’t know what to make of my life. I’ve been going through this phase of self-doubt which has lead to constant procrastination. Its as if I know who I want to be, what I want to achieve but getting there has been another story. I even bought a book, bear in mind I really don’t like reading, to help draw out that motivation and inspiration that I know I have but just keep suppressing but I’ve been procrastinating reading that too.
On another note, since I do have a lot of free time now, I definitely want to put that time and energy into blogging and give you guys a lot more new content, so do let me know anything you’d like to see. Also, thank you for 10k on Instagram, what a great way to start the summer.
